As a resolution to this financial stress, the FDE has designed and implemented these next several free programs to assist you in securing all the diabetes supplies you need at the lower possible cost:

•   If you have insurance, we will help you make the most of it;

•   If you do not have insurance, we will help you in your efforts to obtain it;

•   If you do not have insurance or are under-insured, and your current financial situation makes it impossible to afford your needs, we will do everything we can to get the supplies that you require, to you, for free.  They even arrive to you postage paid!
