FDE’s ‘Diabetes First Alert’ Program has, for several
years now, made information available and conducted free in-school
testing in order to make the general public – and children!! –
aware of this devastating (but very treatable) disease.
Now we
have added yet another program to help get this disease under
control – FREE Medical Supplies.
A meter is key to better management.
If you,
a family member, or even a friend have been diagnosed with diabetes
within the last year, and have not yet purchased a glucose meter,
please take a peek at the variety of meters that could be available
to you for free. (Just

Then
simply fill out our Free
Glucose Meter

let us know which one you would like. All the work of contacting
your doctor for a signed prescription will be done for you, and
then the new meter is delivered directly to your door.
Without charge. Neither for the meter, nor its shipment to
you.
And you
will also receive a month’s worth of testing strips (or more) if
your insurance permits.
No
insurance?? Contact us right away – don’t put
this off any longer. Medical supplies (like a meter, strips, etc.)
and medical care are important for someone with diabetes to have.
The sooner (really), the better. We will refer you to agencies
that actually can provide you with affordable insurance even though
you do have diabetes.
And, if
you apply and are, for any reason, turned down, we will still get a
free meter to you!
